Oh Ji Ho is oh so HOT!  This is a sauna scene from Queen of Housewives.  This drama has lots of eye candy.  There’s another guy who plays the “President” who is pretty damn yummy too.  =P

PERFECT ENDING!!!

Shining Inheritance is officially in my Top 5. One of the cutest K-drama! Loved it from beginning to end. The 28 episodes flew by.  Great chemistry between the leads. Awesome acting from everyone including the evil stepmother and stepsister.  I highly recommend! :)

Hwan vs. Junse

Shining Inheritance is the first drama where I’m completely torn as to which guy I want the female lead to end up with.  I know she’s going to end up with Hwan but Junse is so freakin’ sweet to her that I feel so sorry for him. Honestly, Junse is much hotter (especially when he wore that suit in Ep. 25) but Hwan’s immature tactics are so endearing and his character has really grown throughout the show so you can’t help but love him.  I can’t wait for the next episode!

I hate goodbyes!
Just finished watching part 2 of the farewell episode.  It was so heartbreaking to see Chunhee and Yejin go.  I was crying buckets watching all of them crying.  The last goodbyes at end really got to me — it reminded me of a few months ago when I left my home and my soon-to-be-ex-husband. Ugh! I’m a complete mess right now. :*(

“ I don’t want Shining Inheritance to end! I just adore this drama! ”

*Sniff* *Sniff*
I just watched the first half of the farewell episode.  I’m so going to miss Chun Hee & Ye Jin.  It’s so sad that they are leaving the show.  :*{

OMG! Shining Inheritance Episode 21 was so freakin’ romantic!  The kiss scene on the wobbly bridge made my toes curl from happiness. I had to do a happy dance after watching that scene!  See dialog below from fuckyeahasiandrama blog:

Shining Inheritance - Episode 21
Note: I feel I should apologize for earlier. I kind of jumped the gun on this episode from my unexplainable excitement from the happenings in this episode. Sorry if I spoiled anything for anyone.
Backstory: The love square (Hwan, Seung-mi, Eun-sung, and Jun-se) all go on the same business trip. Awkwardness ensues. Especially when Jun-se asks Eun-sung if she would be interested in managing a restaurant cruise he is thinking about opening (hence more personal time together. Hence Hwan freaks out about it.) Hwan follows Eun-sung when she decides to explore nature first thing the next morning. She tries to hide when she finally sees him but he finds her eventually.)
Sun Woo Hwan: Don’t do it. Don’t do anything with Jun-se. Don’t work in the same restaurant. Don’t hang out with him. Don’t do anything with him.
Go Eun Sung: Why are you doing this?
Sun Woo Hwan: Stay by my side!
Go Eun Sung: How can we just forget those two? What would we be together? Do you know what we’re up against? There’s Sung-mi. And there’s Jun-se. There’s your grandmother, your mother and Jung (his sister) who all think I’m a fraud. There’s Eun-woo (her little brother) and my father!
(He has nothing to say. He almost looks dejected but he then notices she is wearing the necklace he gave her earlier.)
Go Eun Sung: Please stop.
(She turns and runs toward a wobbling bridge (Note: No, seriously, this bridge looks ridiculously unsafe.). He chases after her.)
Sun Woo Hwan: Stop!
(She stops in the middle of the bridge and he walks toward her.)
Sun Woo Hwan: Who cares about all that….when I believe in you?….When I like you…When I want you.
This all then leads to the aforementioned “incident”. The anxiously awaited incident. Finally.

I’m watching ISWAK for the second time. I don’t know what happened, but I must’ve skipped episodes 8-11 the first time around.  It was a pleasant surprise to find episodes that I didn’t realized I’ve missed.

Episode 17 is freakin’ cute and funny! The scenes in Zhi Shu’s apartment are hilarious and super kilig!  :)  I love this drama.  I wish they’d make a third season.

Sypnosis:

In this new sitcom “SoulMate,” the story will be focusing on finding the other half of a missing soul of four couples.

“It is easier to stir up a women’s heart than to drink wine.” Dong-wook, a playboy who no one can even dare to follow. “My boyfriend of 5 years!! He is definitely my soulmate!!” Soo-kyung, a girl who only looks at one man like a sunflower; a perfect, pure hearted character. Two people who have never seen each other, and who live on the opposite sides of the world from each other live and love in their own way, but from some point on they start to move towards the same dream and feel the same physiological feelings. Two people who have met by fate in a world full of mixed up fates. Now, the most amazing things, which no one could have ever thought of, start to unfold between the two.

My Review:

I watched this drama a few weeks ago. Everyone kept recommending this drama to me, but I kept putting it off — perhaps because I heard that it’s not your typical K-drama and I happen to LIKE the typical k-dramas :)

Anyway, to get my mind off from my own broken heart, I’ve decided to give this drama a chance. I must say that this is the first drama that I’ve really connected. It portrays a more realistic view on relationships. I could really relate to what the female lead went through — staying in a relationship that wasn’t quite right because it was familiar, being in so much pain when that long-term relationship fell apart, trying to be strong and putting a smile on her face when she’s crying inside.

This drama makes you wonder if there is really such thing as soulmates. It makes you want to believe that perhaps there is someone out there just meant for you.  I highly recommend this drama even if you don’t believe in soulmates.

My Rating: 5/5 — It’s a must watch. Soundtrack is awesome too!
